about him:

Noel is one of the sweetest boys you'll ever meet. Most of his father's immediate family has been in Slytherin, so it would seem natural for him to be in there as well right? WRONGGGGG! Noel and his sister were both sorted into Ravenclaw, and Noel wouldn't have it any other way. He's a pureblood and was raised to think of them as superior, but he doesn't believe in blood purity and thinks that those that do are extremely misguided. He's a blood traitor to his family and proudly so.

positive relations:

Noel pretty much gets along with everyone, unless they are supporters of Voldemort or just don't like him for whatever reason. He's very easygoing and even though he's quiet and prefers reading, he can be a real goof around his friends. He's also very protective of his friends and will defend them to the end.

romantic relations:

This is where I need someone to take a character for me. Noel has a friend named Tyler who he's been close to since first year. They are both Ravenclaws, so they spend a lot of time together and know each other inside and out. They are also both gay. You know where I'm going with this. Basically they both have a crush on each other, and both are afraid of telling the other how they feel. So yeah. I'm going to suggest Chris Colfer if someone wanted to take Tyler since I'm a picture shipper and I LOVE those two together.

negative relations:

Noel doesn't really not get along with people unless they're supporters of Voldemort or if they try to hurt him or his friends. This one is entirely up to you guys, cause I got nothing.

I could see him and La-La being really good friends. She's very anti-Voldemort, and she's also very anti-blood purity. They were raised similarly, it sounds like, so they should be friends and bond over being pressured and stuff.

Definitely close, if not best friends. Them having just about the same upbringing (that is, both having DE parents) would make Noel secure about talking to her. We could say their parents were in the same circle before Lav's father was killed.

First of all, their names are similar, which makes me giggle a bit. :p Anyways, back to plotting. I can see these two getting along great. Noah's very outgoing and silly, and if Noel is a bit of a good around his friends, I can see them being pretty good friends. Although they are different houses, they are the same year. But, since they are both very friendly and such, I can see them being pretty good friends, if you are alright with that. They have similar personalities, and both are very loyal and protective friends. ^.^

Yeah, the fact that their names are similar is adorable XD. Noel would get along with Noah pretty well, I think.

I think eventually Noel and Ginny could become friends. If he knew Fred and George they might have run into each other from time to time, but I think it would be fun to start out like they don't know each other too well. Maybe they've talked a few times but haven't hung out a whole lot. And then we can work into their friendship from there?

Noel would likely know Ginny because he's friends with Fred and George, definitely. He probably wouldn't know her immediately but once they get to know each other I think he'd get along with her.

Since they're both blood traitors I could see these two totally being friends. Especially if Ginny is friends with him too and he's in the order. He wouldn't have really known him much in the school since he's younger and a Ravenclaw so maybe he only knows him from the order. Unless maybe was a victim of one of the twin's pranks or stumbled into the store once upon a time or something. If he can be somewhat of a goof then he's going to be all right in Fred's book.

Okay, Darren Criss. Yesssh! Well, I have Pippa here, and I think these two could get along well! I think Pippa will have a certain liking to Ravenclaws, as they appeal to her bookish side. Maybe if he was the quiet type at first, she'd see him as a bit of a challenge and try to pull him out of his shell? Maybe even get him involved in her rule breaking? That could be fun! She'd like his easy-going, goofy side.

I also think it'd be cool to touch on his father's views and Pippa being muggle-born. She may be hesitant of him if she knew his father to be a Death Eater, but that would most likely change when she learned of Noel's differing views. She'd most definitely respect him for going against his father - thank goodness! - even if she may secretly feel the need to prove herself here and there.

Noel probably wouldn't have known the twins in school that well but he'd likely have bought stuff off of them when they were starting the joke shop up and he was in Dumbledore's Army with them. He'd stop by the store sometimes as well. As for the Order, he's definitely going to join first chance he gets, so they'd know each other from that.

As for Pippa and Noel, I'd like to touch on that as well, since the first thing Noel expects from people when he does share who his father is is that they'd think he was the same way, when he's not. He does have a small, ever so slight prejudice against muggle borns, but that's ingrained and was how he was brought up. It's what makes him so determined not to follow his father. I think Pippa getting him to join her in her rule breaking would be fun as well.

Severus is bogged down with plots at the moment, but Lucas is considerably free, as most of my ideas for him are still in the works - and to be honest, I have some ideas for these two. Lucas was raised to have a very unique take on blood purity; his family is exceptionally arrogant and looks down on nearly all the pureblood lines in the U.K. They're infamous for marrying all over the world, simply to keep their lines pure - but not in the way one would think. The Mulciber line in a broad sense is more than willing to marry halfbloods and even Muggleborns - so long as there is magic in the blood, it is all that is fully necessary for them. No Mulciber will ever marry a Muggle, as they are of the belief that Muggles are separate from wizards not on a superior/inferior level, but on a biological one. They feel that Muggles are fine enough on their own, but not in wizarding society. Muggleborns, if introduced early enough and guided correctly, can be just fine depending on their positions in Muggle society - most Muggleborns married into the Mulciber line are related to Muggle nobility or politicians. (Like I said, very arrogant family xD) Lucas' father was the first Mulciber in the U.K. to be arranged to marry someone in the U.K. pureblood lines in about six generations, because the Mulciber's believe that the 'inbreeding' the Blacks, Malfoys and other lines are nefarious for is deplorable. So on a broad standpoint, the Mulcibers as a whole have a unique take on the whole bloodstatus issue and more often than not, Lucas is fully in their court. The only time he gets all 'Mudblood' on someone is when he feels a Muggleborn is disgracing the name of wizardry by being a complete arse XD He is a Death Eater, though he has about as much respect for Voldemort as Voldemort has for Muggleborns. He absolutely hates the man and is itching to find a way to make him bleed, but that's something else entirely. Seeing as the Fosters are purebloods, and that Noel has family among the Death Eaters, Lucas would know about Noel in a distant sort of way. I think if he met him - and saw how completely not a Death Eater this kid is, it could make for some entertainment. Lucas has altered his appearance enough that he pretty much walks around in broad daylight without a lot of fear from the aurors, and he tends to be fairly chatty as he's rather glad to be out of prison xD He would likely not introduce himself as Lucas Mulciber at first, but depending on how they end up getting along, Lucas may fess up to him. I can honestly see Lucas liking Noel's personality, and probably delivering his dad an ass kicking or two if ever required xD *Shuts up now, gawd* What do you think? >_>; *Coughs and hides under a rock* x.x

Noel and Lucas:

Noel would probably be a bit nervous around Lucas till he gets to know him, honestly. He'd find his positions on muggleborns and muggles interesting since his father had always taught him that they were worthless no matter their position in society. Noel naturally doesn't see it that way, which is part of why they don't see eye to eye. The Fosters are one of those families that resorted to inbreeding to keep themselves pure for a long time, something Noel isn't too thrilled with, since there is evidence of insanity in his family, and it's down more than one branch in his family tree.

Once Noel gets to know Lucas and know he's not on Voldemort's side he'll start to trust him somewhat, but he doesn't trust death eaters easily. He will be pretty wary at first but eventually that won't be a problem. Plus, anyone who can kick his dad's ass would immediately be in his good books. XD
