Lord Voldemort is the most powerful and most feared Dark Wizard in nearly a thousand years. His first reign of terror from 1970 to 1981 crippled the Wizarding World with fright, people too afraid to open their front door and go out. But his power broke on Halloween, 1981, and he vanished, thought dead by some. Two years ago, Lord Voldemort returned to power, and it has been less than a month since he revealed his presence to the Ministry of Magic, signalling the start of open war once more...

Lord Voldemort does not have friends. He is above such petty relationships as 'friendship.' Instead, he has followers, he has servants - the Death Eaters - his legion of trained killers, torturers, spies, and some of the darkest wizards of the century. They are unwavering in their allegiance, and he shows no mercy at all. Failure is punished by brutal torture, and occasionally death; while success is rewarded by favor and elevation through the ranks. Ideas of self importance without merit, however, will be destroyed.

If you are considered an enemy by Lord Voldemort, it is not a good thing for your life expectancy. He targets his enemies - as well as everything they care about - and destroys them once-by-one. Albus Dumbledore tops his list of enemies, followed closely by Harry Potter, the boy who caused Voldemort's first downfall. He will go to any lengths to destroy them both, his hatred verging on obsessive. The Order of the Phoenix and Muggleborns and Blood Traitors round out his list of enemies, as do Muggles.

YES!! Because if I wasn't the first person to spam this I might actually go cry in a corner.

SO anyways. Basically everyone knows the story between these two, or rather, the story that's floating around. Even these two aren't completely awares, only Dumbldore: that smart, smart old man.

Okay, so these two have to plot. Like, yesterday plot. Not sure if you've read it or not, but we're currently doing a battle of Hogsmeade. The rules were obvious for the Death Eaters, kill who they want, but leave Harry alone. But because Harry likes to foil Voldy's plans any chance he can, he nearly gets himself killed - like seriously on the brink of death killed - while fighting the death eaters. He just doesn't make it easy on anyone.

I once did a sight were we actually RP'd Harry trying to learn how to control the connection between him and Voldemort and witnessed him torturing someone. Voldemort had obviously felt Harry poking around and spoke to him in that taunting way only he can. Perhaps we can have many of these? yes? Okay, now i'm just rambling. Ideas?

Obviously she's obsessed. He's trained her himself and he saved her from the Ministry Battle, so I think these two are definitely in need of a thread at some point.

Ginny was possessed by the Riddle in the diary during her first year. She's afraid of him, but she's got it in her to stand up against him as well. I don't know how soon they'd thread together, but I felt the need to throw her in here

RODOLPHUS AND VOLDEMORT

Voldie!! (hangs out the 'we love Voldemort' banners). So Rodolphus here is your utterly devoted fanatical slave. He is definitely up there in the list of most loyal. Voldemort has been the one person he deems possible as being above him and the only person he truly respects. He firmly believes in the cause and would do anything, absolutely anything to see it happen. Rodolphus first joined up with the cause at 17 where it was pretty obvious he was latching onto a power base that was moving in the right direction, he had no intention of signing himself to any master instead planning to create his own base of power and work his way to the top for an eventual coo. Something i'm sure Voldie saw through straight away. I mentioned in his background that Voldie may have taken him on a walk in the woods one evening and whatever happened in those woods, Roddy returned swearing his mind, body and soul in absolute fealty to the dark lord. His devotion is completely unwavering despite any jealousy over his wifes obvious affections. (ahh death eaters and their drama!)

Roddy is extremely manipulative, he's a talker and a shaker that likes to play behind the scenes, he's gifted in the fields of tactics and strategics. Like the rest of the death eaters he's a sadistic, nasty piece of work who takes his pleasure in toying with people be it physically or mentally. Rodolphus believes himself the most intelligent and thus most useful Death Eater. He has aspirations of being the new minister of magic when England falls and Voldie turns his attention to Europe.

*bows* My Lord. Colden here is one of Lord Voldemort's loyal Death Eaters and is using his metamorphic skills to act as his spy and to keep an eye not only on Draco but to also get more recruits within the castle [and anywhere else he may be sent]. His mother was also a follower but left and was killed for it. Colden is of course convinced that someone must have used a curse against his mother for her to ever consider turning her back on Voldemort. He's joined him because he wants to restore the honour and glory of his family name, and to find out who killed him mother and get revenge and quite frankly after the way he was treated in the orphanage by the muggles he's not too fond of them.

so rabbit here is the younger brother of rodolphus, and he is also one of your loyal death eaters. rather than renounce the dark lord like malfoy he went looking for his lord and gladly went to azkaban for him (the entire court hearing thing freaked him out a bit, but he was proud of what he'd done). while roddy excels at the 'political' aspects of the game, rabbit is more laid back about it. he likes to befriend his targets, get extremely close to them in their lives, then stab them from the front, all with the same small smile on his features as when he first said 'hello'.

rabbit is also very competitive when it comes to his brother, his one aim in life is to best his brother in something, anything. however he does care for him deeply. maybe voldemort could use that in something? -shrugs- it's up to you, but rabbit is so loyal, he'd avada kedavra himself if his lord told him to.
