Frankly, she was bored and since organizing her classroom was definitely not something that need to be done- on her standards at least- she decided to go take a stroll through the castle. She scuttled from her room door, forgetting to close and lock it, and began moseying along down the corridor.
She would have to go downstairs to reach the Entrance hall. Sybill knew if she wanted to interact with anyone that would be the place to go to. Sure she was an odd woman, but she still enjoyed socialization. Maybe a little too much, mind you...Sybill tended to babble and go on forever about nothing at all, really. Those who knew her well learned to adjust to it, though. Lost in thought, Syb became unaware of an uneven step and took a tiny little spill, not fully hitting the stone floor though. She was able to catch herself with a little grunt on the wall. She blinked a couple of times, still in an awkward position. Her arms were pressed against the wall along with her upper body but her legs were clumsily folded beneath her, giving her trip away. She shook it off and continued walking, not even bothering to give a snickering student the time of day.
After she made it downstairs, Sybill smiled to herself at the business of Hogwarts. It really hadn't changed much since she had been there. A few of the rules, and maybe some re-furnishings but other than that she felt so at home and welcome here despite her trending craziness that left the whole school questioning her sanity.
Speaking of sanity and what a fine line Sybill's really was, she got a horrid sense of doom. Her feet stopped suddenly, making a kid behind her nearly run into her back side. She needed to know where on Earth this feeling of darkness was coming from. She scanned the area with her enlarged, green eyes, finally resting them on a dark haired student. Syb didn't recognize the girl, she probably didn't take Divination. Sybill huffed a little, it was a pity not many kids really and truly enjoyed her subject matter.
After a second of making sure this was the correct girl to speak to about the horrid fate she had felt and foreseen, Sybill made her way to the girl. Once to the student, after bumping a few first years out of her way by accident, she got straight to the point and asked in her ethereal tone of voice,
"Do you feel at all threatened my dear?"
Quite the way to greet someone she'd not ever met. Of course, Sybill had to social graces and therefore didn't take it to be odd or forward to ask such things.
(gaaahh crappy but it should get something going!)

PIXIE of WAKE US UP 2.0 made this template, and she'll be pissed if you steal this, so don't. Otherwise, you face the lifelong curse of tripping onto your face at the most inopportune times.
