OVERALL PERSONALITY: Lark is a very studious person who likes to keep things around her house and workspace neat and clean. She tries to see the best in bad situations and in people she meets, though others might think she's ridiculous for it, especially when she stubbornly clings to these ideals. She prides herself on being able to give her friends sound advice when it comes to relationships or life or anything job-related and happily gives it when asked, which is often enough. Because she's able to analyze situations and see them from a different perspective, she's able to forgive a lot of things people say or do that others can't seem to let go.

She's very forgetful and has to keep a notepad on her at all times to write down the things she's supposed to do as she's given them or chores she needs to finish and things she needs to buy, otherwise she would never get anything done and be out of a job. This means that she has a huge calendar at her flat filled in meticulously with important dates such as birthdays or events. While she's usually a chipper person, sometimes she feels as though she's not good enough or that her personality annoys her friends so she requires a bit of a push to get back on track.

OVERALL DESCRIPTION: Lark has dark, wavy hair that falls to mid-back which she usually keeps tied back in a ponytail and out of her face. She's a little bit short for her age and has to use magic to get things off of taller shelves that she needs. She has blue eyes that on any other person probably wouldn't stand out so much but the dark hair framing her face makes them pop. She's usually dressed in professional clothes and robes for her work at the Ministry but when she's off she likes to stick to rather girly tops and skinny jeans paired with heels. She feels they make her seem taller.

OVERALL HISTORY: Lark lived a rather normal life. She grew up knowing that eventually she would receive the letter accepting her to Hogwarts and that she would learn how to do the magic she saw her parents perform on a daily basis. Her family was loving and she and her brother spent most of their time running around the house and backyard playing silly games of pretend. Her first sign of magic was when she was six and playing hide-and-seek with her brother. She wanted to find a great hiding place and suddenly found herself high up in the branches of a tree. Her brother was alerted to her crying and brought their parents to get her down.

However, her relationship with her brother changed when they were both accepted to Hogwarts. He was a year older than her and thus entered a year ahead of her. However, she quickly rose through the ranks of students and brought home excellent marks in all her classes. Meanwhile, her brother was making standard, if not subpar marks and quickly began to feel jealous of the attention Lark was receiving for her accomplishments.

This probably spurned his decision to break off from the family when he graduated from Hogwarts and he did so rather violently, causing Lark and her parents a lot of heartbreak. This is probably where a lot of her insecurity stems from as she has always looked up to her brother even if he felt as though he couldn't do anything right when compared to her. Even with this going on, Lark managed to graduate Hogwarts with high marks and she was hired right out of school for the position of junior clerk for the Animagus Registry. After two years of hard work, she has finally made it to senior clerk and is able to delegate a few more tasks to others.

This, she hopes, will allow her to pursue her dream of becoming a defense lawyer, a career she fears she will need if she ever hears from her brother again. He was quite the troublemaker and has had nobody to look out for him for four years.
