Addison is an only child. Although she has always loved her family, she has lost much trust in them in the last year. At this point, she isn't sure about the one thing that has always been so stable in her life.

friends
Addison would surround herself with people similar to herself. Being that she has placed her allegiance with the Death Eaters (although now that loyalty has somewhat faltered), she would likely have several friends who are Death Eaters. She would also have a few friends from working at the Ministry, as she has been there for four years now.

lovers
If you're interested in this anything past a fling, you'd better give her a good reason. Addison's fiance was murdered a year ago, and she is very reluctant to let anyone in again.

enemies
Being that her allegiance is technically sworn to the Death Eaters, anyone who opposes them could fall under this. That being said, she is careful to try to not judge anyone, Death Eater or not, until she gets to know them


I should probably make note of the fact that Addison's allegiance lies with the Death Eaters mainly because her parents have the mark. She grew up with it, so it's all she's ever really known. She herself has not yet taken the mark, mainly due to the mysterious death of her fiancée last year that she fears the DEs were involved in. This will be updated when I get to know Addison a little better. :]

Yay more Ministry Hags! Interesting your character has had the opportunity to meet all of mine. I imagine Addison would have already crossed paths if only briefly with Rufus before his promotion when he was still an Auror (I’ve always thought the Aurors / Obliviators would work fairly closely) and through the Death Eaters if she hasn’t already she’ll eventually meet Rodolphus (he’s always lurking around somewhere). Esme has also only stopped working for the Department of Mysteries recently so they also could have met and Esme’s the nice one who might have actually been friendly. She definitely needs some more friends! Rufus will be continuing to implement further crack downs and hunts for those working for the enemy so poor Miss Addison will have to keep her wits about her.
And that’s about all my cold brain can come up with at the moment. But I thought I’d post and get a ball rolling anyway as I don’t think I’ve threaded with you before! =)

That is interesting! Makes for lots of plotting opportunities. I would agree that she's probably bumped into Rufus at some point. She's been with the Obliviation floor for about 4 years now, so they probably have worked together or simply met in passing. Dually noted that she needs to really keep her head on straight in the coming months! I wouldn't be surprised if she's also met Rodolphus, as her family has been involved with the Death Eaters for many years now. Addison hasn't taken the mark, but she has done some work for them, and she knows certain things from her parents. As for Esme, Addison could definitely use a cheerful, positive person in her life right now haha! They probably also would have bumped into each other at the Ministry at some point, I'd imagine. I think you're right, we haven't threaded before. That's got to change! :]

AHHHH LET'S BE FRIENDS <3 They are really close in age and poor Liv does not have any friends. However, I can see these two getting along. They most likely would have known each other in school and Liv would be fascinated by Addison's job at the Ministry. Her alliance wouldn't bother Liv because she's currently neutral and completely confused with what she stands for in this crazy world. Also, I highly doubt Addison will be confiding anything deatheater-ish to Liv anyway. So, friends? Then maybe when Liv discovers her father is the Minister of Magic maybe they can grow apart because of the shock factor of it all? I am up for anything really, I just adore this character.

I think friends would work great with them. Would we want to assume that they already know one another somehow? Addison isn't a DE herself at this point -- she's associated herself with them because it's where her family alligance lies. So chances are, she isn't privy to much of that info anyways. She also wouldn't mind Olivia's father being the Minister of Magic. I'm still working on her, but I'd definitely love to thread with you!

Hey there! I'm not sure what the nature of Addison and Magnus' relationship would be. He's part of the Ministry of Magic as well, and has a huge thing against blood-purists. However, it seems that fate has tied these two together! As Magnus was shielding a child from a werewolf, it was none other than Addison who had come to his, and the seven year olds, rescue. From there, I imagine that Magnus would be extremely grateful to her for the rest of his years, and instantly loyal. He would feel that he owes a life debt, and would be set on being protective of her. I'm not sure how you might like to progress with the plot, but I'm definitely up for writing with you! =) Cheers!

Well hi there! You will be pleased to hear that Addison is not necessarily a purist -- in fact, her ex-fiance and babydaddy was Muggle-born. Addison wouldn't see him as owing her anything, but she'd certainly take a friendship if he were offering. :] I can see her swinging to his office to avoid paperwork, bringing snacks and tea/coffee, if not at least to start haha! What do you think?

<3! I might have misunderstood a little bit of her biography considering the lateness of the hour when I tried to read it =) -- Magnus is fairly stubborn and probably wouldn't be able to shake the protectiveness of Addison that he will have developed (Not to mention friends is a good thing for him). I think that while Magnus is usually the type to stick to the books and the clock, he could definitely learn to appreciate sneaking around: Especially if it included snacks and beverages! I really look forward to these two ^^ I don't mind starting a thread if you would like me to, I'm not sure where or when our threading should start. Do you have any thoughts on this? =) <-Always confused! ^^
