Draco’s relationships can be summed up in categories. Those he likes, Women, and the intolerable. We should start with the first.
Friends (Those he likes)
If you are Draco’s friend, or someone he likes, you have done well. It means you are intelligent enough to not drive him nuts, but not so smart he finds you intolerable. It means you understand his need for space and personal boundaries. It means you don’t try to use him for his money or status. It means you are special. To be Draco’s friend you must understand he is not a bully, he is merely stating his place in society, which is above the scum and unnecessary. He belongs with power, and he knows that. However this year being Draco’s friend can be vary trying. Due to recent events which he is yet to share with anyone outside his family, he has become very withdrawn, angry moody and upset. He looks ill to the point of breaking, and he is generally not all that pleasant to be around. Draco’s family are also in the category of “those he likes.” For them he would do anything, kill or die, run or stay, the Malfoys are a tight knit clan after all.
Women
Despite rumours of the opposing opinion Draco is definitely straight. What a man can’t take pride in his appearance and still like women? He has had no long term relationships, and few short term. He much prefers to just use women for one night and then never Owl them again. Holding up relationships is a lot of effort and work, and he has never found someone he cares enough about to want to put in that effort, nor someone who can tolerate him long enough in order to reciprocate.
The intolerable
This is a very wide and far reaching category. If you are a Gryffindor, you are in it. Most Ravenclaws and Hufflepuffs are in it also. If you are a mudblood, a filthy half blood, a blood traitor, associate with the wrong sort, you are in it. If you make fun of his family, you are so far in it that you have no hope of climbing out, and you may just find yourself a target also. If you make fun of Draco the same will happen. If you are annoying, too chatty, too quiet, too ugly, too smart, too dumb, too ANYTHING, you are in it. Weirdos, you are in it. Everyone unless stated otherwise, you are in it.

). We can either say that happened in the past, or we can leave it, whatever you want ^^ She also hates bullies and those who think themselves smarter than they are, so Draco would definitely be a red rag for her sense of justice and whatnot.
and yes I like the idea Sev might try and help with Dracos current situation, though hes a proud boy and I doubt he would accept a great deal of help.
