chase milo chesington
well everyone, say hello to chase~ or as i like to call him, the adorkable panda-turtle. here's basically how his relationships work, because poor chase here isn't exactly your average testosterone-filled twenty-six year old male. essentially, friends are somewhat few and far in between. the kiddo was teased a lot in school, and the way i see it (and seeing he's my character, that's just sort of the way it is), he had maybe two or three friends in school at most. in the professional world, he socializes little and tends to keep himself, because he sucks at interacting with people; it's sort of obvious in the way he automatically starts stuttering over his words or clamming up around people. thus, like i said, people who manage to get through this wall are very few and far in between, though he's a loyal friend for life once you earn his trust. as far as enemies might go, well, chase probably has them considering he's a prosecutor for the ministry of magic. which means he puts people in jail, folks. he wouldn't really have rivals, exactly, because chase socializes so little and is so frightened around others outside of the courtroom that not only is he not a threat, he also has no idea how to be mean or what it feels like to hate someone. can you get on his nerves? yeah, if you force yourself on him, but chase doesn't like to just express that. if he doesn't like you, he actively avoids you, which he's spectacular at doing. now with love interests, i'm fairly open to this. but i will not allow anyone forcing themselves on him - with chase i think romance needs to be dealt with carefully and with a great deal of plotting, so don't be offended if you post an idea and i'm extremely skeptical. i'd like to keep him single for a while though, also, so keep that in mind. but let's face it. he's hopeless in a social setting, imagine how he'd be in front of an attractive female. the bottom line is that i'm just going to be protective of chase in a romantic setting. i may be posting up character requests for his younger brother later, as his younger brother is also a wizard and chase is extremely close with his family. but anyway. other than that, plot away! i wanna get this baby boy out there.
