Violent Protest! [Thread Two]

The Ministry of Magic's refusal to act against the werewolves that attacked Hogsmeade has caused a huge stir in the community, fanned by pureblood loyalists and intolerant witches and wizards keen on causing chaos. There has been considerable pressure on the Ministry to legalize werewolf hunting in order to preemptively avoid another strike like the one on Hogsmeade. The Ministry has been reluctant to do so, and on FEBRUARY 25th, 1997 the protesters decided to bring their concerns directly to the Ministry.

While Hogwarts hosts its annual N.E.W.T. ball, the Ministry is in chaos! Seventy two witches and wizards from outlaying communities have swarmed the Atrium and are demanding immediate action! Things have gotten rowdy fast. Nobody knows who started the spellcasting, but pandemonium has struck! 

Objective: In this thread, two applicable characters will need to subdue ten NPC protesters! Feel free to godmode up to three each; note that Mini Event will post after a certain time to liven up the challenge!

Reward: 200 galleons upon thread completion!
