It was impossible to shake and he wanted to share it with George but his brother was nowhere to be found. The idea was for another candy in the Skiving Snackboxes. It was a candy that would create a bunch of red itchy blotches all over the consumer. The blotches were going to be similar to chicken pox. It was a great idea and Fred was sure that George would approve once he told him. However, he didn’t have to tell his brother about the candy yet. In fact, his brother would make a fantastic tester if he didn’t know about it. As long as the pox weren’t contagious like the real ones Fred was in the clear. A mischievous smile was plastered to his face at the thought. Anyone could see that the twin was clearly up to something. Fred pushed open the door to Flourish and Blotts and set off to the health section. He needed to learn a bit about the pox to be able to replicate it. The twins had a few books lying around the shop. However, he wasn’t sure where they were, and he didn’t want to bother looking. Also, if George caught him looking through a book he would want to know what his twin was up to. Fred didn’t want to take the chance of George catching him and wanted it to be a surprise for his dear brother. To his dismay, the books in the health section weren’t very helpful. That or he didn’t know where to look. Fred skimmed the titles glancing over things like: Measles & Me |
