BELLATRIX LESTRANGE ● FORTY-FIVE ● DEATH EATER

Mrs. Lestrange escaped Azkaban last year when the Dark Lord returned. She has been called deranged and cruel, both of which are true. Bellatrix is the self-proclaimed most loyal servant to the Dark Lord. She was trained by the Dark Lord himself and brags about that fact as if it were her claim to fame. She's killed several people and tortured even more. Her favorite curse is the Cruciatus Curse, which is one of the Unforgivable Curses. Not that that matters much to Bellatrix. She is a very bright young woman, though people don't tend to notice that because of her deteriorating mental state and her harsh exterior. She moves with a bit of a waddle and is prone to make sharp movements, though she still comes out looking graceful in her own way.

If you're looking for a friend, Bellatrix might not be the best choice. She will ally herself only with those who find importance in the purity of wizard blood. She is one of the more famous Death Eaters, having served time in Azkaban for that and using the torture curse. She's insane and it takes a certain kind of person to put up with her. But even Death Eaters need a few friends right?

Enemies are more common for Bellatrix Lestrange. She's killed and tortured and she's got no plans on stopping that. She has ruined the lives of several families and most of those families tend to want some kind of revenge on her. That doesn't frighten Bellatrix in the least. Actually, she welcomes the fight. It means she gets to play. And playing is fun.

Bellatrix is not in love with her husband. She married him out of convenience. So while she's married and technically taken, she's also up for a few flings as long as they're with someone who's got her same values. She is, however, in love with the Dark Lord, who doesn't seem to return her affection. She hasn't given up the hope that he will when this war is over, but she's got needs too.

ROXANNA & BELLA
As I've said definetly enemies. You get a lot of room to mess with my girl because she's blind. With her Taunt Marie dead at the hands of her death eater father, she hates all death eaters Bella included. She can also play mind games if you wish if Bella likes looking into her past, right now since Roxanna keeps reliving her past that's an issue for her so you can do something with that if you wish. Maybe Roxanna's stupid enough to go looking for her father and unfortunately has a run in with Bella and it all goes downhill from there? maybe several more good plots if I can think of it.

Bellatrix is definitely into torture, though I don't think she'd seek out anyone unless she had a real reason to, especially since she's sort of in hiding. The fact that Roxanna is blind would not be a factor in anything she does. She could care less about that. Like I said, she's into torture, but she usually is looking for something out of it, whether it be information or just playing before she kills someone she wants to get rid of. Also, as we discussed, she wouldn't stop at torturing, so there would need to be something that happened before Bellatrix got too carried away.

Yes, I am talking to several people, that will help her get out of it. A group thread and I have agreed with several people that will help me in that endever. No but Roxanna's looking for someone, she has a vision of where she thinks her father is unfortunately her father isn't there and she meets Bella instead, Bella could actually intend on torturing and then killing but she'd get saved by some friends and allies.

Bella and Noel:

While Noel would treat Bella with respect if he had to, he doesn't like her and in fact would be pretty intimidated by her. His father's a DE and is trying to pressure him to follow the same path, but he isn't interested in the slightest and is proud to be a blood traitor because he doesn't believe in blood purity. Like I was saying in the cbox, I think one of the only ways the two would interact safely is if Noel was in Knockturn Alley or Diagon Ally with his father. He has a healthy respect for his father, so he'd be really quiet if they met up.

Hello there Aunt Bellatrix, Colden here is a relative of Bellatrix, not quite her direct nephew but somewhere along the great vine tree that is the pureblood line they are related. Colden both respects and fears Bellatrix; she is a powerful witch, that much cannot be denied but she isn't the most sane and honestly at times he fears she may attack her own. He is slightly suspicious that she may have been the one who killed his mother when she 'betrayed the dark lord' [Colden thinks there was foul play why else would his mother leave?] but because Bellatrix is a high ranking Death Eater and has taught him a few tricks he remains silent on his views. I imagine Bellatrix would be a bit distrustful of Colden because of his mother's abandonment of their cause but at the same time enjoy bringing him closer and closer to 'the dark side'?

Oh God, I love Bella. Pippa, on the other hand, probably does not love Bella nearly as much as I do. She probably hates her actually, with a deep-seeded passion. While I would assume these two have never met before - thanks to that whole little Azkaban diddly - I think Pippa would have heard of Bellatrix Lestrange and her ways, especially with the recent break-out. If they were ever to met, obviously Pippa wouldn't be in Bella's favours, being muggle-born and fighting the opposite fight. Also, I can see Pippa not submitting very well, giving Bella sass in between any interaction they have, which would probably not play aid to any situation. The only problem is that I can't seem to come up with a means for them to meet...but I wanted to post anyways!

Yeah, I got that she's looking for someone. I just don't know if Bellatrix would even consider it worth her time to torture someone she doesn't think she can get anything out of. She could torture loads of people, but why Roxanna? She wouldn't just be walking down Diagon Alley and then see a random girl and be like “Oh, torture time.” She loves to torture people, that's true, but there are loads of people to torture that she could get information out of. Even if it was something like stepping on her toe, she might torture someone for like a minute and move on. She's cruel, but even Bellatrix has a reason for the things she does.

I would think Bella probably at least knows Noel, maybe she's met him before but if they had she'd probably only vaguely remember him. Bella can be very intimidating, especially to people who really know the depth of her mental deterioration and who have heard (who hasn't?) the rumors of her torture sessions. She's a naturally suspicious woman, especially after Azkaban, but even if she suspects his father, she wouldn't act out in front of the Dark Lord.

It's always nice to have a few Death Eaters just lying about. Bellatrix would definitely try to use his mother's abandonment to her advantage. Her family has it's traitors and she's vowed to get rid of them, but if Colden and Bellatrix got into anything verbal, she'd probably bring his mother up because she has no shame in bringing up anyone's mother. She would definitely distrust him little, but at the same time, she would enjoy bringing him further into her circle.

Bellatrix might not know Pippa, but she definitely knows that Potter has a few allies after the whole Department of Mysteries incident. I'm sure at some point we can get them in a group thread or something. All in good time

Noel definitely knows who Bellatrix is, which is why he wouldn't cross her alone. He may hate her, but she's better with the cruciatus curse than he is, so he'd watch his mouth around her or any death eater really.

Tonkise LOVES her Auntie Bella!! <3...... Or, not quite.. Bellatrix is one of Tonks' biggest enemies, and she almost wants to get rid of Bella more than she does Voldemort. Needless to say, Dora would like to think they are evenly matched.. But Bella has the dark magic, sort of making her stronger if push came to shove. I would love to do a fight thread with these two, if you are up for it!

One of Bellatrix's goals is to get rid of her sister's child. Since she's obsessed with blood purity, she wants any un-pure person out of her family. She has already disowned her sister, but it isn't enough. Her family line will not truly be clean until those who have tainted it are dead. That being said, she'd also want to play with Tonks. She's probably had people looking into her family tree and finding weak points just to torture the girl mentally when the time comes. This would be one instance where Bella's aim wouldn't be to kill, but to just royally screw over. For now.

The Mulciber family is undoubtedly pure, though as a whole their view on blood purity would not at all sit well with Bellatrix. I believe that when they were younger, Bellatrix may have judged Lucas based on his family's views and the two of them may have butted heads from time to time. However, with his joining of the Dark Lord and his incredible passion for torture and murder, I feel they may have ended up reaching a truce. Lucas was part of the group who was with Bellatrix during the tortures of Frank and Alice Longbottom, and it got him put in prison. It wasn't his style to begin with, so in a way he pretty much blames her for his imprisonment. This likely causes tension from time to time, but for the most part, Lucas just treats her like anyone else. He does not revere her, nor does he fear her; but he doesn't think lowly of her either. He's pretty neutral when it comes to Bellatrix; not above making fun of her in what passes for his good nature, his attitude and way of dealing with people probably doesn't work too well with Bellatrix, but at the end of the day, Lucas has proven himself to be nothing other than a completely loyal servant to the Dark Lord, so that might earn him some grace in her eyes - no idea xD

I don't think Bellatrix would have given Lucas a second glance when they were younger. She might have frowned upon his views of blood purity but she would have thought him below her and not put too much emphasis on it. When she was younger she sought out like-minded people and all but ignored those who thought differently from her. She would have gained a little bit of respect when he joined the Death Eaters though.

Bellatrix is cruel, but she wouldn't have forced Lucas to come with them to torture the Longbottoms. She might have offered, but if he declined she probably would have laughed it off and called him weak or something, but that would be the extent of it. She's more concerned with proving herself to the Dark Lord than proving herself to anyone else. So she'd think it highly comical that he blames her for their capture when she would have made it clear that if he was too weak to go, he could stay behind.

If he makes fun of her publicly, it won't go over well. She won't hesitate to overreact. But overall, Bella doesn't call many people friends, she's hard to get along with, but I think she'd at least accept him as a Death Eater.
