OVERALL PERSONALITY:
Sadie is known by many as being a very bright witch. She’s quiet and reserved to those that she doesn’t know, and therefore, not many people know much more about her besides the fact that she is intelligent. Sadie has a huge heart, and is incredibly kind and caring. As a healer, she finds it easy to relate to her patients and their families. In her own life, she tends to value her family and close friends. Friendship to her is incredibly important. However, she only befriends those that she finds worthy. She enjoys having truthful and important conversations. Sadie is rather picky in choosing who she wants to become close with. Once she has cemented someone into her life, she is very good at keeping up with relationship, even with her busy work schedule. She’s loyal and consistent. She would always be there for someone she loved, and she would do virtually anything for them. Sadie is quite the bookworm. She finds reading relaxing and enjoyable. She’s read some of her favorites hundreds of time thus far. Her idea of the perfect day is sitting under a tree somewhere completely lost in a fantastic book. Her intelligence tends to give her a bit of a know-it-all quality. She took her studies very seriously in school, and she was the girl that always had the correct answers and turned in all of her assignments the day before they were due. Now that she’s in the workforce, she carries that same determination and hard work through to her job. She spends extra hours at St. Mungo’s, she dedicates all of her energy and time into her patients, and she would never dare to not give her entire effort. Underneath her exterior, Sadie is a very kind, caring, and compassionate individual. She enjoys the simple things in life – sunsets, family, and friendship. She doesn’t require much, and she’s far from being a diva. Although she plays it off as if she doesn’t have time to date, Sadie is a true hopeless romantic. She has never been in love, because she rarely gave anyone the time of day when she attended Hogwarts. Now that she is busier than ever, her dating life has squandered down to nothing. But, she does dream of finding a wonderful man someday who will surprise her with roses, take her to candlelit dinners, and sweep her off her feet. She doesn’t let anyone know she thinks so foolishly, though. Sadie is a very determined, bright young woman. She spends most of her time at work, and when she isn’t working, she’s spending time with her good friends or reading.

OVERALL DESCRIPTION:
Sadie has never been the type of girl to capitalize on looks or appearance. Although she doesn’t ever look messy or not put together, she doesn’t spend extra time in order to make herself look good. To her, appearances do not matter. Sadie is a pretty girl. During Hogwarts, many of the sleazier guys had tried to flirt with her, to no avail. She was never interested in such things. Now that she’s an adult, she does notice that most men tend to look at her, but she doesn’t let it get to her head. She’s of average height, a bit on the skinny side, but that is merely genetic. She has long hair that reaches to below her chest, and she sometimes will play with it in a way that she knows she shouldn’t. It’s a nervous tendency, when she rarely finds herself in awkward or nerve-racking situations. Her eyes are, by far, her best feature. She doesn’t wear much make-up and prefers to look natural. She’s usually seen in her work uniform with her hair pulled back away from her face in some type of pony-tail or bun. When she isn’t at work, she does wear simple clothing. She tends to stick to solid colors and simple things. She isn’t overly fond of dressing up or going over the top. Of course, every girl wants to get dressed up every once and awhile, but she doesn’t feel that it’s practical to dress up too much on a daily basis.

OVERALL HISTORY:
Sean Connelly was a simple man from Ireland that was a struggling journalist. He decided to move to London when he turned twenty-one in the hopes of finding better work and wages. London was a big city, there was bound to be loads of important stories. He moved from the farm country of Ireland to the big city. He get hired to work at a big newspaper company, and things were going great for two years. One day during his lunch hour, he met the most beautiful girl he’d ever seen. With Sean and Annalisa, more commonly called Anna, it was love at first sight. She was in the city visiting family. They fell in love instantly, and even though she went home after two days to Newport, Wales, they soon declared their love for one another. Sean proposed to Anna after just six months together, and they were married six months after that. After knowing each other for just a year, they walked down the aisle and Sean moved to Newport with Anna to be closer to her family.
Sean got a job working in the city of Newport and they lived in the suburbs just outside the city. Before their first anniversary, Anna discovered she was pregnant with their first child. Timothy came along nine months later. After that came Sadie, who was followed by Karissa and Maura. They lived a wonderful life, though they were far from being rich. Sadie was always special, even though all of their children were wonderful. Growing up in a family that was so close in age, Sadie never lacked for a playmate.
Even as a toddler, Sadie was different. Her parents would find that if she managed to get a scrape, it would heal quickly, in just a few hours, as if done by magic. Sadie also learned to talk and walk incredibly quickly. It wasn’t hard to figure out that Sadie was very intelligent, and a fast learner. She was eager to learn to read, and by the time she began schooling, Sadie was able to read most easy books. Her love for reading would only intensify throughout the years.
When Sadie was six years old, really strange things started to happen whenever she got upset or overly joyful. Her first encounter with her own magic happened one day when she dropped her book off her bed by accident. She was ready to stand up and grab it, but instead, the book picked itself up and landed perfectly in front of her, turned to the exact page she’d been on. Being naturally curious, Sadie never forgot that moment, and found herself being able to move things and make strange events happen. When she got angry about something, things tended to fall off shelves or just shatter. When she was happy, she could make things move around, or perhaps make the flowers outside her home bloom just by looking at them. It was peculiar and stranger. Her parents weren’t entirely sure what to do with her.
On her eleventh birthday, her parents were disturbed to see an owl window pecking at their windowsill in the kitchen. They weren’t unreasonable people though, and they opened the window and accepted the letter addressed to Sadie from Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. They allowed Sadie to read the letter through herself first, and she never even doubted her ability. Although it was a lot to take in, all of the strange events clicked into place. For Sadie, it was like everything was falling into place. Her parents were astounded by the letter. They couldn’t believe such a school existed, much less an entire world they had never known about. They accepted it, of course, and were very pleased and happy for their second child.
Sadie was sent off to Hogwarts that fall. She was sad to be leaving her family, but her excitement was overwhelming. When she saw the castle, she knew that she was going to adore every second she spent there. She’d done researching of what her future was going to be like, being a witch. Her parents had bought her every book she’d wanted at Diagon Alley, along with her textbooks. Setting eyes upon that castle, she knew that she was in love. That night, Sadie was sorted into Ravenclaw, the house which she figured she most closely identified. It was a good fit, and she was happy.
Her eyes at Hogwarts were good ones. She made several close and wonderful friends that she planned to keep for her entire lifetime. She worked hard and got wonderful marks. She passed all of her OWLS and then her NEWTS with flying colors. She always aspired to be a healer, and when she graduated Hogwarts, she was hired at St. Mungo’s to begin her training right away. Her parents were incredibly proud that she was the equivalent of a muggle doctor.
Sadie is now twenty-two years old. She lives in a flat in London where she can easily apparate to St. Mungo’s for work and also access Diagon Alley and the rest of the Wizarding World by ease. She has a cat named Oscar who keeps her company, and she loves him very much. She keeps incredibly busy with her work, and she visits her family often, or they come to London to visit with her. She does have hopes of meeting someone soon to settle down and marry, but with the darkening times, she expects St. Mungo’s to grow even busier. If a second war were to come to their world, Sadie would indeed fight on the side of the Order. Being a muggle-born, Sadie also knows that she is in grave danger if things continue to escalate. Therefore, she hasn’t been going out as much on her own lately, and she’s been catching up on all of her defensive spells and hexes.

ROLEPLAY EXAMPLE:
Noah couldn’t suppress the laugh that escaped when he watched her eyes widen and flicker about in panic after he stated his big plans and gently covered her mouth with his hand. He couldn’t say that he was the least bit surprised. For Pippa, flying was absolutely terrifying. It had been quite some time since he’d teased her about the subject. Probably since last year, right around the time quidditch was starting. When they had first met, it was a popular topic between them. Over the years, it had dwindled, but Noah had made sure it was never far from his mind. It was probably one of her biggest fears, if not her biggest one. His only leverage this time versus all the others was that they could do this – together. It wasn’t like the other times. He would be there, every step of the way, as a friend and as something much, much more.
Her joking words that were spoken after their soft kiss only made him laugh again. As if he would do such a thing. Well, actually Noah was known to do pretty much anything for a prank to work right. Both he and Pippa had both gone through many things in their years at Hogwarts in order to pull out the best of pranks. This, however, was not a prank. Noah was pretty sure that Pippa knew that, of course. Even though Noah was one of the masters of joking around, he wasn’t the type to hurt someone he cared about. He’d never been the guy that went around charming girls just to get bored with them a week later. This was also Pippa. She meant much more to him than just some silly girl. Noah would never, ever play with her feelings like that.
“How dare you even suggest I would do something like that to you.” He joked, his trademark devilish grin playing across his lips. Squeezing her closely, he was in no hurry to go up to bed, as late as it currently was. He continued to watch her closely, knowing that the wheels in her mind were turning furiously. Noah was actually surprised to see her taking his words in such an open-minded manner. Normally, she would have protested from the start, raging and ranting about all the reasons why flying wasn’t natural for a human being. They weren’t normal human beings, though. He often times had to remind her that they were witches and wizards. They had magic. Therefore, nothing was impossible, including flying.
When she spoke again, asking if the broomstick would be in the air, he almost couldn’t believe it. In all the years he’d known her, she had never acted so calmly and willingly about flying. Noah had to keep himself from allowing his chin to drop and his jaw to just hang open in utter surprise. Was she really possibly agreeing to his arrangement that easily? He hadn’t expected her to give in to him this easily. Maybe after she gave him several reasons why and continued to rant about why he even felt the need to get her to fly, but not this easily. It was almost too easy. Coming from a young man who oftentimes found himself in trouble and having to deal with professors that could be rather tricky and sneaky, Noah moved forward with his words and thoughts cautiously. He felt almost as if she was going to trick him into something here, but what? She had sounded genuine. Terrified, but genuine. Noah felt his confidence soaring as he smiled at her. He was going to do this with her, and she was going to love flying. Obviously he knew that wasn’t a guarantee, but how could someone not love the feeling of being on a broomstick? She would be crazy to hate it once she got on and tried it.
“Of course it would, silly.” He chuckled softly, his words no more than a whisper as he leaned towards her ear, kissing her cheek gently. She was too adorable when she was frightened about flying. He could not resist. Pulling back, he looked at her and spoke again, this time his words carrying more of a serious tone. “Of course we’ll take it very slow. I don’t want to force you into anything, Pippa, but I just want you to try. For me, okay?” He asked, smiling softly as he looked at her encouragingly. There was a slight pause before he spoke again, the playful glint back in his eyes. “How about tomorrow after classes?”
He knew he was being a terrible influence, keeping her up so late after hours when they both had classes in the morning. Not that he had ever, ever been a good influence. He was the farthest thing from it. But, he suddenly felt like he should be. He wanted do the best thing for her, for them. Holding her closely, he leaned back, closing his eyes again. Feeling the warmth of the fire mix with her closeness brought a sudden wave of exhaustion over him. It had to be incredibly late. He wanted to stay right there forever, but he knew that wasn’t possible. “I bet it’s late. We should probably go to bed.” He suggested his idea, keeping his eyes closed as he fell into complete comfort and contentment.
