Artist Incentives
Here at Hallows & Horcruxes, we have a very strict policy on signature and avatar content. Sizes cannot exceed the designated widths listed in the rules and under the spoiler tag at the end of this post, for those who need a quick refresher. Furthermore, we won't accept anything that violates Proboards terms of service, so images need to be chosen carefully.
Yet for those of you who look at these restrictions and accept them for the fact they don't limit too much by the way of creativity and feel you would like to contribute to the site by way of offering your graphics abilities to members, Hallows & Horcruxes does provide compensation for your effort.
Every individual artist may charge a specified amount for avatars, signatures and sets. For each commission they complete, an administrator will modify the accounts of the artist and the individual who purchased the work to reflect payment. There are restrictions on how many galleons each graphic can make you, but the site compensates for this as well.
Individual Graphic Shop Price Restrictions
All artists are permitted a personal charge for their works that must be paid by the individual requesting them. Because money is earned primarily through posts and site incentives, a basic guide for acceptable price ranges is as follows. Do not go above the maximum range. You are welcome to go below the minimum, though we don't quite see why you would want to do that.
Avatar Prices:
Based on size and complication, these can range anywhere between 5 - 25 Galleons.
Signature Prices:
Based on size and complication, these can range anywhere between 30 - 100 Galleons.
Signature and Avatar Set Prices:
Based on size, complication and the fact it is two images for one price, these can range anywhere between 50 - 150 Galleons.
Miscellaneous Prices:
Because there is always an endless demand for graphics of all sorts, we ask that artists use their discretion in this area or ask an administrator about a good base price for a certain offering. We ask that no image exceed a price tag of 200 Galleons.
Compensation from the Ministry
For every graphic completed by an artist for a members use at Hallows & Horcruxes, the Ministry will provide additional compensation for time and effort spent.

Sig/Av sets: 200g
Gif Work: 200g
Misc. 100 - 3000gAvatars: Max Dimensions - 300x200
Signatures: Max Dimesions - 500 x 200
