Elliot is an all around nice guy. He enjoys the company of others, as well as having plenty of friends. He's easy going and enjoys a good sense of humor. I'm sure he has plenty of friends-- especially Hufflepuff ones, he has House pride!-- and that means that this slot is always open.

Well first thing to be clarified: he would never have more than one at a time. Also, he's rather dense in the romance department, so you might have to beat him over the head before he'd admit to liking someone. (Though he does have a certain thing for Eirian Hughes right now, not that he'd ever admit to it!)
rival(s).
This is a different class from enemies. You can be rivals, and still be on good terms. Elliot is highly competitive, so I see him viewing certain people as rivals. If you're better at him than something he wants to be good at, more than likely he will secretly view you as a rival. If you want to have an open and honest "rivalship" he won't have any hard feelings. Actually, it will probably tickle him pink to have someone to openly compete against.
enemies.
This category is a bit tricky. Elliot is such an easy going guy, he doesn't have that many enemies. People with the blood purity mumbo-jumbo, probably. But otherwise you would have to be an all out awful person to rub Elliot wrong and make him not like you. However, that's not to say that he doesn't have them! If you want to be in this category, anything is possible.
