The matter you have brought to me has very little to do with legalities, save perhaps an infraction in the policies set in place by the Gambling Act in Great Britain that strictly prohibits the exploitation of minors and vulnerable persons.

Clearly, anyone so lacking in observational skills as to be willing to take a bet on whether or not I like cats clearly falls into the second category. Vulnerable persons are, after all, traditionally defined as consisting of those who are unable to defend themselves. Most of those with extreme intellectual deficiencies fall into this category.

I would firmly suggest that you not take any money from whom you have placed your bet with, as exploitation can, and will, result in punitive actions.
