Adriane isn't always the easiest person to get along with.
Now, don't get her wrong. She generally likes people and doesn't go out of her way to be cruel, or anything like that. She's just not incredibly... tactful. At all. Despite her best intentions, her bluntness, sarcasm and somewhat obsessive need to be right tend to push people away. To the people willing to put up with her quirks, however, she is a fiercely devoted friend. She is especially drawn to adventurous people with big ideas, and a wicked sense of humor never hurts.

Adriane tries to avoid making enemies whenever possible, especially now, with a war brewing.
Her disdain for pureblood idealism made her a few enemies in her youth, but she was careful to keep her beliefs personal and distance herself from the radical blood-purists she knew. She really hopes that none of them remember her.
Apart from the beliefs that she knows are dangerous, Adriane rarely feels the need to keep quiet about what she thinks. She doesn't mince words and can't stand being wrong, so she often butts heads with those who are stubborn like her. In addition, she has a nasty tendency to hold grudges against those who best her.

Adriane honestly hasn't put much thought into romantic relationships. Unless said relationship is with Myron Wagtail, but it's best not to get into that. Trust me.
She's so eager to explore and see the world that she feels as if no one could keep up with her, and she certainly isn't willing to be held back. Any potential romantic interest would have to be just as ambitious and adventurous as she is. And even if she found that person, she would be awkward. Very, very awkward.
