OVERALL SITE UPDATE
To our loyal members!
As you may have noticed, there have been a few changes around the site as of late, but not to worry! Over the past week or so, your staff has been working very hard to bring some new fire to the site, and as a result, we’ve decided to make a few changes organizationally and coding-wise to bring you a new, renewed version of H&H with tons of new features and some fun new events to get things moving again!
The first of our new features you might have already noticed! In each character’s mini-profile, the marvelous Mete has managed to code in fantastic baby badges for your characters! Each badge denotes something about your character - occupation, affiliation, special priveleges, etc. Before, you might have noticed them in your vaults, but with a little bit of tweaking, they’ve been coded to appear right in your mini-profile. Nifty and cute, right?
The second? We’ll be receiving some lovely new banners and graphics shortly to not only celebrate Halloween, but also to bring the site a new look, so be on the lookout for those! (But, it would seem they’re already here, so enjoy!)
Thirdly, which you might not have seen right off the bat, is that our guides have also been newly renovated, with wonderful colors to make them livelier and easier to read!
Now, besides the new features, there are also some other things coming your way that you ought to be aware of. First of all, the plot has been updated to fit the current timeline we have going on the site. If you feel so inclined, go ahead and check out the Plotline under the Quick Links and see what there is in store! We’re moving into a new era of the site, and we certainly hope that you’re getting excited.
But, just in case that’s not enough to jolt your nerves, we have some events on the way! In fact, they’re pretty much here. While the site timeline itself is moving into April of 1997, in real life we all know that Halloween is fast approaching. And we’ve decided to celebrate! Technically to the characters, April Fools’ Day gone wrong, to us, it’s Halloween mayhem! Boards, challenges, and mini-events will be released shortly to let loose some fun things just for your characters to experience! Drinking games, fake ghosthood, and maybe even some new furry friends? To see what we’re talking about, check out the events soon to be released!
