Fabien is married to the lovely CHARITY BURBAGE, and despite some rocky times which are certain to follow, he will remain loyal to her. That being said, his wife's interest in rallying for Muggle rights is more than a little problematic. It is possible that Fabien may find a FAUX LOVER a necessary precaution to take, in order to 'distance' himself from his wife in the eyes of the Death Eaters. Fabien also has FOUR CHILDREN who are in need of players: SLY TWIN #1 (MALE) and SLY TWIN #2 (MALE) are in their seventh year at Hogwarts; RAVEN (MALE) is in his fifth year at Hogwarts; RAVEN (FEMALE) is in her fourth year at Hogwarts. Lastly, Fabien is an older brother. JULIEN BURBAGE is Fabien's junior by four years. He is a supporter of the Order, a Gryffindor alumni, and is currently a fugitive from the law -- Fabien had him sent to prison in an attempt to keep him out of harms' way, and the plan backfired when all of the Dark Lord's supposed 'supporters' were set free. He does not yet know that Fabien was responsible for sending him to prison. JULIEN BURBAGE is still in need of a player.

Fabien will have friends and acquaintances from a variety of sources, including: COKEWORTH RESIDENTS, SLYTHERIN ALUMNI, MINISTRY WORKERS, HOGWARTS PROFESSORS and DEATH EATERS. Fabien was born in COKEWORTH within walking distance of SPINNER'S END, and would have spent his summers there until graduation. He has probably retained one CHILDHOOD FRIEND who is closer to Fabien than Fabien is to him or her, in that Fabien acts as their confidant. As for HOGWARTS ALUMNI, he will of course have several ACQUAINTANCES from all of the houses, but is probably not terribly close with any of them, unless their interaction was somehow carried on through the years, via mutual occupations and so forth. Fabien has two "CONFIDANTS" in the MINISTRY. The first is an old DEPT. OF MAGICAL LAW ENFORCEMENT CO-WORKER whom Fabien trusts to a limited extent. The second is a DEATH EATER who also works for the MINISTRY in some capacity. This man or woman probably helped Fabien to arrest JULIEN BURBAGE. Fabien will also be at least on familiar terms with an array of current HOGWARTS PROFESSORS, since CHARITY BURBAGE is the Muggle Studies professor there. He will be naturally inclined also to be friendly with any and all DEATH EATERS, but it is likely that these will be FAUX FRIENDSHIPS.

Anyone in support of ALBUS DUMBLEDORE, ORDER MEMBERS, or MUGGLE RIGHTS CAMPAIGNERS is likely to be moved quickly to Fabien's list of enemies because he believes they pose a threat to the safety of his family. In particular, Fabien is having difficulties with PESKY PROPHET EMPLOYEE, who seems to be on to something about Fabien. (There's a lot to choose from, so this is really up to you, though PROPHET EMPLOYEE may have been friends with JULIEN BURBAGE.) Fabien also retains a CHILDHOOD RIVALRY with a HOGWARTS ALUMNI, which may be taken as seriously as you see fit.

Bear in mind that a lot of what's written above comes from generalization and the like. Feel free to suggest anything else you can think of -- I'm also happy to elaborate on relationship/plot ideas. I like to keep them non-specific to begin with, but if there's something you want to know more about, please ask! Um... other than that, it's probably important to remember that OLD RELATIONSHIPS will almost definitely have a different dynamic from NEW RELATIONSHIPS with Fabien, because Fabien is currently running something of a master-class gambit. He often pretends to feel one way about someone when in truth he feels the reverse.

>Elijah is very close to his mother, but I think he's more reserved when it comes to his father. Elijah was close to him when he was younger, but I think once he figured out that he was homosexual he sort of withdrew from his dad. He's terrified of how Fabien would view him. Especially now that Fabien and Charity have hit a little bump in their marriage, Elijah would be very uneasy with him. Maybe one day on a Hogsmeade trip they can meet up for some bonding? Maybe Fabien could try to get Elijah to open up to him. But Elijah probably won't say anything, at least not about his sexuality.

Seeing as Fabien grew up walking distance from Spinner's End, chances are these two are very familiar with one another. Canonly speaking, Severus knew Charity as a colleague and it is my goal for them to become genuine friends. I think it will be a very interesting dynamic depending on the relationship Severus has with Fabien, which very well could be a sort of friendship as well.

Severus is still friends with the Malfoys despite the fact they are still true to the Dark Lord and he frequently mists over the facts about them when reporting to Albus in order to better shield them. He does this as well for his old school friends, Avery and Muciber from time to time - so perhaps if they are close, Severus does this for Fabien.

He has no wish for the Dark Lord or his followers to win. However if the Dark lord can be defeated without the loss of his friends lives, Severus will work to make it so. He doesn't have much in his life beyond his relationship to Albus, Minerva, the Malfoys, Avery and Mulciber, so it would be nice to give him something a little more substantial. Then again with Fabien also a Death Eater, its probably more of the same sort of pain, with an added element of difficulty coming from Charity and the children, as Severus will want to try and protect them from Voldemort and the path of darkness.

Both of them are Slytherin alumini and Death Eaters so these two will know one another. Because he is fairly young perhaps Fabian is a sort of mentor to Colden? Guiding him on his mission from Voldemort and giving him tips etc?

Noel would likely know Fabien through his father, since his father is a death eater, works in the Ministry and was in Slytherin in school, though it's up to you whether they're friends or not. As much as Noel dislikes his father and the Death Eaters, he'd be respectful of Fabien because that's how he was raised. However, he does support Dumbledore and the Order and is hoping to become an Auror as the war starts, so I don't think they'd get along that well.
